My goal is to guide you gently toward greater comfort, flexibility and a deep awareness of your joints and breath, without stress or pressure.
I’m a 57-year-old certified Yoga Synergy teacher (RYS – Yoga Alliance), nutritionist (Cerden), senior serial entrepreneur.
